CDWare acquisition of FOCUS and SkyHawk

CDWare announced its acquisition of specialized fleet-management providers FOCUS and SkyHawk on 21 October 2026, effective 1 October 2026. The businesses serve public works, construction materials and other specialized operations across North America. The release identifies CDWare as a Sundance Growth portfolio company; financial terms were not disclosed.
