EverLine appoints Edward Wiegele as Chief Executive Officer

EverLine appointed Edward Wiegele as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. The appointment follows Cogenuity's investment in the infrastructure-services company in 2025. Wiegele most recently led Project Development for New Energy Ventures at The Williams Companies, including power-generation development for data-center customers. Earlier he founded and led Integri-Tek and held leadership roles at TRC, Willbros and GE. EverLine provides compliance management, operational technology, control-center operations, SCADA and cybersecurity services from Houston. Cogenuity said the leadership change supports expansion across electric utilities, renewables, data centers and ports. Wiegele is an executive of the portfolio company, not a newly appointed employee of Cogenuity.
