Curewell closes inaugural fund at $535 million

Curewell announced a single close at its $535 million hard cap for Curewell Capital I, LP together with related vehicles. Fundraising took less than five months. The fund targets healthcare businesses, and its investors include institutional and private capital sources. Probitas Partners was exclusive placement advisor and Kirkland & Ellis fund counsel. The figure is committed fund capital, not manager AUM.
