Forte adds a cyber assurance practice through BCSS acquisition

Forte acquired Business Cyber Security Solutions and renamed the operation Forte Cyber Assurance. The practice supports organizations facing cybersecurity and compliance requirements, including defense contractors preparing for CMMC assessments. It is separated from technology delivery teams to support objective assessment. The release does not disclose transaction consideration.
