Broadwing Capital closes Fund I above target

Broadwing announced the final fundraising close of Fund I at USD 440 million, compared with a USD 350 million target. General partner and affiliate commitments to a parallel fund are additional and separate. Raymond James Private Capital Advisory was exclusive placement agent and Greenberg Traurig was legal counsel. The total is fund capital commitments, not manager AUM.
