645 Ventures →LightSprint announced a $6.1 million seed round on October 13, 2026, led by 645 Ventures. Participants included January Capital, Y Combinator, Rebel Fund, Fjor, Sterling Road, Transpose Platform Management, Batch Ventures, Founders Capital and Seraph Group, alongside individual investors. The company develops software that lets product managers, designers and business teams direct coding agents on existing production codebases while engineers retain review and merge control. It was founded in 2026 by Ben Ong, Benedict Chan and Heng Hong Lee and participated in Y Combinator’s Spring 2026 batch. LightSprint said the funding would expand its enterprise product and engineering and go-to-market teams. The announced amount represents the entire round, not 645’s individual investment.
