CertifID acquisition of Closinglock

CertifID announced its acquisition of Closinglock, combining fraud-prevention capabilities with secure real-estate money movement. Closinglock joined CertifID alongside CloseSimple, which had joined earlier in 2026. CertifID said Closinglock's Andy White would become its chief strategy officer.
