Artis seed financing led by LiveOak

Artis announced seed funding led by LiveOak Ventures, with participation from mark vc and Capital Factory. The issuer described $7.3M in seed financing and separately up to $3M in revolving credit from Banc of California. The equity round and potential credit availability are distinct and neither is LiveOak's check. Artis planned to expand its platform for residential architects, designers and builders into websites and AI-search visibility and to grow its operating teams.
