High Alpha invests in Engineered Innovation Group

High Alpha announced a strategic investment and partnership with Engineered Innovation Group. EIG would join its Studio portfolio as an independent, autonomously operated business, expanding AI development expertise for portfolio companies. The announcement said Eric Tobias would join EIG’s board. The investment amount, ownership percentage and continuation of that board role today are unverified.
