High Alpha launches its third venture studio

High Alpha announced an $18m third-studio raise from repeat investors Emergence Capital and Foundry Group. Separate SEC issuers are Studio III and Co-Investment III; the announcement does not explain the legal-vehicle split. The disclosed aggregate raised across studios and funds is not AUM.
