Minnesota civil complaint describes Kyros shutdown and creditor assignment

Minnesota’s Attorney General filed a civil complaint against Refocus Recovery and Daniel Larson in Hennepin County, alleging nonprofit-law and fiduciary breaches. The complaint states that related Kyros businesses shut down and entered an assignment for the benefit of creditors after payment suspension in 2024. These are pleading allegations, not final findings. Rally’s case study documents historical Kyros investment, but Rally is not a defendant in this complaint. No Rally fund loss is established.
