Florham Park project financing closes; construction set to begin
GEM Realty Capital →The Arbor Company announced closed project financing for the GEM/Braemar 80-apartment Florham Park development. Construction was set to begin and opening was planned for late 2027. The same partners’ Montgomery project was under construction.
