Houston four-property boat and RV storage acquisition
GEM Realty Capital →Go Store It acquired Grand Parkway, Katy Cinco, Elite and FM 359 boat/RV storage assets through the GEM/Madison joint venture. The announcement reports 705 combined units and follows Go Store It’s combination with BlueGate. It does not establish GEM ownership of all Madison facilities.
