The Phoenix at Braselton acquisition
GEM Realty Capital →A GEM affiliate acquired the 162-unit Phoenix at Braselton seniors community from Phoenix Senior Living, which retained management. JLL represented the seller and arranged a three-year floating-rate acquisition loan for GEM through an unnamed regional bank. An additional 14 cottages were planned, not completed.
