BRUNT headquarters lease at 301 Ballardvale

BRUNT Workwear committed to 56,000 square feet at the Camber Development/GEM-owned 301 Ballardvale property. CBRE represented ownership and Cresa represented BRUNT. CBRE says the lease brought both 299 and 301 Ballardvale to full occupancy after the partnership’s November 2024 recapitalization.
