Aligned acquisition closes, completing GEM’s announced minority exit
GEM Realty Capital →Aligned announced that the AIP, MGX and BlackRock GIP consortium completed its acquisition of all equity. GEM’s earlier manager release identified its stake for sale in that transaction. Whole-company enterprise value and the buyers’ future growth capital are not GEM proceeds.
