GEM announces planned Aligned Data Centers stake sale
GEM Realty Capital →GEM announced that its Aligned equity investment would be bought in the AIP, MGX and BlackRock GIP consortium acquisition. GEM entered through its tactical-opportunities strategy in January 2025. The announcement did not disclose GEM ownership percentage, proceeds or return.
