GEM Realty Fund VII files initial offering notice

GEM Realty Fund VII, L.P. filed an initial Form D. Its offering amount is shared with parallel Fund VII-A and must not be added twice. Initial zero sold is not current fundraising progress: GEM’s April 2022 investor presentation subsequently reported a first closing in October 2021.
