GEM Fund IV litigation against Sorenson settled and dismissed with prejudice

A federal court filing dismissed the entire GEM Acquisitionco and GEM Realty Fund IV action against Sorenson Group Holdings and other defendants with prejudice after an August 5, 2010 settlement agreement and release. Each party bore its own legal fees and expenses. The filed stipulation is a settlement disposition, not a fraud judgment against GEM.
