Associated Bank closed a bridge loan to Green Courte for Penfield Farms’ expansion through the East Avenue and Forest Lawn communities in Rochester. No loan amount or current outstanding balance was disclosed. The lender’s site count differs from the later manager release and is not merged with that count.
