Green Courte and Next Realty acquire Hartford parking facilities
Green Courte Partners →Hartford Parking LLC, a venture of affiliates of Green Courte Real Estate Partners and Next Realty, acquired three Bradley airport parking facilities with 5,300 spaces. An affiliate of Parking Company of America operated them under a long-term triple-net lease. Current ownership and ownership percentages are not established.
