Green Courte acquires East Avenue and Forest Lawn

Green Courte Real Estate Partners IV acquired East Avenue and Forest Lawn, two land-lease communities in Rochester, New York, with approximately 335 sites. They adjoined Penfield Farms and would be managed together under renamed East and West communities. These properties are not counted as three independent current operating brands.
