Green Courte acquires Fort Worth IOS property

Green Courte Real Estate Partners V acquired the 40-acre industrial outdoor storage property at 5301 Wilbarger Street in Fort Worth, Texas. The transaction supported the launch of wholly owned GCP Truck Storage Management. JD Salazar, representing TH Logistics Fund I, a Timber Hill Group and Champion Realty Advisors venture, described the property sale. No acquisition of those businesses is implied.
