Green Courte Real Estate Partners VI acquired an industrial outdoor storage property at 3436 Couchville Industrial Boulevard in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. GCP Truck Storage Management, LLC, the firm’s wholly owned platform, would manage it. The later expansion release uses a different adjacent-property address, which is not treated as a verified rename.
