Green Courte acquires Tampa maritime IOS property

Green Courte Real Estate Partners VI acquired 32 acres at 1650 Hemlock Street, Tampa. Seller Hendry Marine Industries, Inc. was to lease back part of the site, including 1,600 feet of bulkhead. Moran Environmental Recovery was a separate tenant. Redevelopment of the remaining approximately 16 acres was planned; no acquisition of either tenant business was disclosed.
