Green Courte acquires Chesapeake maritime IOS property

Green Courte Real Estate Partners VI acquired 28 acres across five Precon Drive addresses in Chesapeake, Virginia, in the Norfolk market, with bulkhead, buildings and rail access. Seller Precon Marine Industries, Inc. leased back the bulkhead, two buildings and part of the yard. The transaction was a property sale-leaseback, not an acquisition of the seller company.
