Green Courte acquires Park n’ Jet operator

Green Courte Real Estate Partners IV and affiliates acquired Salt Lake City parking operator Park n’ Jet from the Dalton family. The operator already leased land owned by the fund. Planned integration with the adjacent The Parking Spot property, which had approximately 3,650 spaces, would create approximately 4,400 spaces across more than 40 acres; this was an operator acquisition rather than a new land purchase.
