Green Courte acquires McCrary Road expansion site

Green Courte Real Estate Partners VI and affiliates acquired eight acres at 3410 McCrary Road, Mount Juliet, Tennessee, next to their property at 201 Couchville Industrial Boulevard. The combined site totals 20 acres. A service building was planned under the seller development agreement; completion is not established.
