Fund IV acquires Michigan portfolio and forms operating venture

Fund IV and affiliates acquired eight all-age Michigan land-lease communities containing 2,906 sites and formed a venture with seller Kenny Lipschutz to own and operate the fund’s land-lease investments, including the seller’s operating company. Exact equity percentages and consideration were not disclosed.
