Sun completes second closing of Green Courte portfolio sale

Sun Communities announced the second and final closing of its acquisition from Green Courte-sponsored funds, covering 26 communities and associated homes and receivables. Reported $742.9 million consideration included assumed debt, cash, common stock and preferred stock. This is not all-cash proceeds or the price of the full multi-stage portfolio sale.
