Green Courte sells The Parking Spot to KKR
Green Courte Partners →KKR announced its completed acquisition of The Parking Spot from a Green Courte affiliate, with financial terms undisclosed. KKR invested through its Global Infrastructure Strategy. Green Courte retained 15 parking properties operated by TPS; the 47 owned, leased or managed locations were not all properties sold.
