Host acquires Four Seasons Resort Orlando hotel

Host announced its completed purchase of the fee-simple interest in the Four Seasons Resort Orlando hotel on May 4, 2021, for approximately $610 million in cash. Host describes 444 rooms. Dune’s historical case study separately describes development of a 443-room resort. The buyer release does not identify the seller or establish any disposition of adjacent residential or development interests.
