AIM settlement releases Somafina for covered Herbal Fiberblend warning claims

EHA and AIM International/AIM USA executed a private settlement concerning Herbal Fiberblend lead-warning allegations. Section 4.1 expressly includes Somafina, VitalPax and CSP among upstream releasees for covered pre-effective-date claims. AIM denies the allegations and undertakes warnings, a $1,000 civil penalty and $20,000 fees. Somafina is not a signatory payer, and this is not a court judgment or a general clearance of all claims.
