Private Proposition 65 notice names Somafina among Herbal Fiberblend parties

Environmental Health Advocates issued a private Proposition 65 notice alleging inadequate lead warnings for Herbal Fiberblend. The July 10, 2026 amended notice names Somafina, VitalPax, CSP and AIM-related parties. This is a private allegation, not an Attorney General judgment or a proven violation. The registry now includes an October 29 settlement between EHA and AIM that expressly releases Somafina and specified other upstream parties for covered pre-effective-date claims.
