EPA consent order concerning Premier Performance and affiliates

EPA announced a $3 million Clean Air Act penalty for Premier Performance, RallySport Direct, JB Automotive and Stage 3 Motorsports. The February 4, 2021 consent order addresses alleged 2017–2019 defeat-device sales. Respondents neither admitted nor denied the factual and legal allegations; the order assessed a penalty, not proof of payment. This occurred during Heartwood’s APG ownership, which ended April 1, 2021. Heartwood was not a respondent.
