ChromaScape completes acquisition of most Kemira colorants operations
Heartwood Partners →Kemira’s sale of most of its colorants business to ChromaScape closed May 4, 2023, following an agreement announced in September 2022. Kemira retained the Asia-Pacific colorants business. The disclosed revenue measure was not purchase consideration.
