Reactiv announces acquisition of Kin technology and customer relationships

Reactiv disclosed an asset-scope acquisition of Kin, the Shopify mobile-commerce platform, effective September 1, 2026. The acquired technology and customer relationships included brands such as Steve Madden and Chubbies. Kin remained a separate operating app platform during the transition.
