Gauge announced an oversubscribed first and final close of its third fund. The firm identified its team as the largest investor and Ropes & Gray as counsel. This is a fund-family closing announcement, not an allocation of aggregate commitments to individual main or parallel legal partnerships. The later Q4 2023 overview reports a different fund-size figure, which remains unreconciled.
