Ellenby announces FireKing dispute resolution and patent license

Ellenby announced resolution of its dispute with FireKing Security Group and related companies, including a non-exclusive license of U.S. patent 7,779,983; terms were undisclosed. Pfingsten Partners was named in the related federal patent case. The announcement does not establish the district-court dismissal date, prejudice or specific payment obligations.
