Benford announces Fund I final close

Benford announced the final close of its inaugural Fund I with $130 million in total limited-partner commitments, above its $100 million initial target. These are Fund I family totals, not separately attributable amounts for I, L.P. and I-A, L.P. Triago acted as placement agent and Kirkland & Ellis provided legal counsel.
