Safepath Solutions’ notice scheduled an October 31, 2025 Article 9 auction of Fast Lane Technologies and IntraLogic assets, advised by TrueNorth. The notice allowed cancellation or postponement. It establishes creditor enforcement, not bankruptcy or a completed sale. Post invested in IntraLogic in 2019, but ownership at auction time, consummation, buyer and proceeds remain unverified.
