NAD recommends changes to Carpe advertising

Following P&G’s challenge, BBB National Programs’ NAD supported Carpe’s reference price but recommended changes to savings, subscription, free-shipping and comparative claims. Clutch, Inc. d/b/a Carpe said it would comply. This was industry self-regulation, not government enforcement or a finding against Aiglon, which lists Carpe as a non-control holding. Completed compliance was not verified.
