Nester acquires Fox River Mills assets
Aiglon Capital Management →Nester announced the asset acquisition July 31. It planned to wind down Osage manufacturing and relocate production assets to Mount Airy, while retaining an Osage product-development and customer-service presence. These were stated plans.
