Gen Cap America →Grocery Outlet announced an agreement to acquire United Grocery Outlet from Gen Cap affiliates and current and former management. Its later SEC report confirms completion on April 1, 2024 through acquisition of BBGO Acquisition, owner of Bargain Barn.
