Cityview and Wafra acquire Silva

Cityview and Wafra announced the acquisition of the newly constructed, unleased 221-unit Silva multifamily project in Silver Lake. The property had received its temporary certificate of occupancy. This was an acquisition, not evidence that Cityview was its original developer.
