Fortress announces Jasper refinancing

Fortress announced that funds managed by its affiliates closed a $96 million whole loan for Jasper, a 296-unit Los Angeles community owned and developed by Cityview. The financing refinanced existing construction debt and supported lease-up. The exact property borrower and any Cityview guarantee are undisclosed.
