Longpoint details Seagis South Florida portfolio acquisition

Longpoint acquired a 25-building South Florida industrial portfolio from Seagis. The company reported $262 million and approximately 1.4 million square feet across 12 locations in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. CBRE announced the completed sale December 7, 2023; Longpoint issued its release January 5, 2024.
