SURS approves follow-on commitment to Longpoint III

SURS reported that its board voted on December 9, 2022 to commit to the fund described in the release as Longpoint Realty Fund III, subject to successful contract negotiations. Its current follow-on register identifies Longpoint Fund III. The release also confirms a previous investment in Realty Fund II.
