The issuer then named Longpoint Specialty Grocer Fund I amended its Form D to report USD 301,081,000 offered and sold, with no remaining offering amount and ten investors. This is not treated as current fund NAV or automatically as final fund size. Its SEC offering file number is also reported by today’s Lena Specialty Grocer Fund II.
