Longpoint bought Valley View Business Center, a 414,871-square-foot distribution building at 1401 Valley View Lane, Irving, Texas. The seller was a fund backed by Brookfield Asset Management, not necessarily Brookfield’s own balance sheet. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.
